Our Projects
100% of your contributions will go toward the maintenance and beautification of our community. Any funds received over and above an intended project will be put into our general fund.
KITCHEN REHAB
Refresh and update countertops and appliances.
BATHROOM UPDATES
Update and modernize resident bathrooms.
GUTTER GUARDS
Keep our gutters clear to minimize the risk of leaks and structural damage.
DECK REPAIR
Minor board repair is needed on our 2nd floor apartment decks.
AWNING REPLACEMENT
Twenty awnings need refreshed to provide shade and keep cooling costs down.
GAZEBO REPAIR
New screens and slat repairs are needed to beautify our quaint gazebo for the enjoyment of our residents.
GENERAL FUND
Contribution to the general fund will be used as needed to fund the projects listed above.
