Our Apartments
Mendham Area Senior Housing is situated on 7.7 wooded acres and features resident parking, a screened gazebo and offers 40 smoke-free apartments in four buildings. Each apartment has approximately 600 square feet of living space with a combined living room/dining room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet.
Our garden apartments have individual entrances, while second floor units are accessible by a stairway. Four of our first-floor units have roll-in showers and one of those units is totally wheel-chair accessible. First-floor apartments have access to either a patio or porch and the second-floor units include a deck off the bedroom.
We offer a large community room with a full kitchen, lending library, outdoor patio with a grill, TV, music and computer center. The community building also houses our administrative office, transportation office, shared coin operated laundry facilities and individual MASH resident mailboxes. We open our Community Building to senior groups and MASH residents' family gatherings.

Mendham Township also offer many senior activities, including bi-monthly senior meetings with guest speakers, monthly luncheons and chair yoga.
