You are eligible to apply for housing at MASH if you are:

• any single person 62 years of age or over, with or without children
• any couple in which one person is 62 years of age or over, with or without children
• any certified disabled person regardless of age, with or without children

Eligible applicants must have a minimum income of $14,124 and a maximum adjusted income that falls within USDA federally determined categories.

The USDA maximum income amounts are as follows:
